How to help your team sign up for Sprig

Why Add Team Members to your Sprig Account?

Sprig believes that product experience insights are the most powerful when an entire team is empowered to learn from them and take action. That's why we offer unlimited seats, so there are no additional costs to collaborate with your colleagues. Consider inviting team members to your Sprig account from Product, Design, User Research, and Engineering, as well as Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Sales.

If you plan to have someone else install Sprig, please provide this individual with either Developer, Editor, or Admin access in Sprig (see below for information on permission levels).

Automatically Adding a Team Member

The easiest way to help your team join Sprig is to use domain-based Team Discovery and enable your company's email domain as a discoverable domain in Sprig. To do this, contact [email protected], and a Sprig Specialist will get you set up. Once a domain is discoverable, new team members that sign up for Sprig with a matching email will automatically be prompted to join, or request to join, the team workspace.

Manually Adding a Team Member

To add a team member, click Settings > Team, then click + Add Member.

Logging In

The new member will receive a verification email from Sprig. If they do not receive an email, ask them to check their spam/junk folder and then contact [email protected]

In the verification email, new members should click Activate your account to be redirected to Sprig and set a password for their account.

Logging Out

  1. Click Account menu.
  2. Click Log Out.

Changing Password

  1. Click Account menu.
  2. Click Log Out.
  3. Click Forgot Password.
  4. Type in your Email.
  5. Click Send password reset email.
  6. Follow the instructions in the Email you received to reset your Sprig password.

Permissions

Here are the different access permissions, ranked from highest to lowest access
